電子サイクロトロン共鳴（ＥＣＲ）イオン源において多価イオンのビーム強度を増加させるため、ECRプラズマの加熱に用いる周波数として複数の周波数を同時に導入する手法が経験的に知られている。我々は、今回、二つの周波数の差が1％程度と近接する場合と30％程度に大きく隔たる場合の実験データを取得し、現象に差が認められるかを確認した。
