It is difficult to develop a high-resolution imaging in a cell cluster because it works as a scattering medium and a phase modulator. In this presentation, we have been tying to improve the focusing property by using a digital phase conjugate mirror in a scattering medium as the preparation of high-resolution OCT imaging in the cell cluster. We will present the experimental results of the focusing by using two-wavelength lasers.
