Keywords:microwave multiplexers, Transition Edge Sensor, NbN

We are developing a microwave multiplexer for a transition edge sensor (TES). Signals from TES sensors are multiplexed by microwave resonators, and decoded by a room temperature electronics using an FPGA. Dependences of quality factor Q for the microwave multiplexer on materials for electrodes(Nb, NbN) and substrates(Silicon, Sapphire) has been investigated, and the electrode property and resonators’Q for the microwave multiplexer will be reported.
