[15a-P2-4] Analytical theory for the transient absorption of the dielectrics under circularly plarized light

We construct the analytical formula for the time-resolved dynamical Franz-Keldysh effect under circularly polarized laser assuming the parabolic two-band system and the Houston function. We find that the sub-cycle time-dependent change of the optical properties, which found for linerly polarized laser, disappears.
