[15a-P3-10] Femtosecond laser-induced precipitation of metallic particles in phase transition hydrogels
Keywords:femtosecond laser, hydrogel
Metallic particles were precipitated inside temperature-responsive PNIPAM gels by femtosecond laser irradiation. Laser pulses were irradiated into PNIPAM gels in low concentration AgNO3 solution. PNIPAM gels were filled with the solution because of their high water content ratio. Particles with metallic luster were observed only near focal volume. In addition, position of the precipitation was controllable by changing laser focus in PNIPAM gels.
