[15a-P8-9] 1×2 Wavefront Control Type Compact Silicon Wavelength Selective Switch

1×2 wavefront control type silicon wavelength selective switch is designed, which has no waveguide crossing. The channel spacing is 200 GHz and the number of channel is 16. The two step etched rib structure is adopted in order to reduce coupling loss in the boundary parts between the slab and the array waveguides.
