Keywords:nanowire, ion migration, transparent conductive film

Most of transparent conductive films are composed of indium tin oxide (ITO). However, ITO is not usable as flexible devices because it has poor flexibility. Therefore, metal nanowires are considered as transparent conductive films for flexible devices.
In this study, we examine a transparent conductive film using Ni nanowires. This time, we report good ion migration in Ni nanowires for improving the reliability of such devices.
