We developed a layering technique by spraying method. The p-type AgAlO2 and n-type titanate nanotubes (TNTs) synthesis method were established. The prepared AgAlO2, ion-exchanged water and polyethylene glycol were mixed, splayed and sintered on ITO glass. P-25 was prepared as reference. The four different titanate nanotubes (TNTs) thin films were evaluated by CV. N-type semiconductors of TNTs thin films, and p-type AgAlO2 thin films were working as the oxide solar cell. The photoelectric conversion efficiency was about 0.5%.
