[15p-A41-5] Photocarrier dynamics in CH₃NH₃PbCl₃ single crystals revealed by time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy

We investigated the photocarrier dynamics in CH₃NH₃PbCl₃ single crystals by time-resolved photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy. Under one-photon excitation, the PL peak was located around 3 eV, and red-shifted with time. Very fast PL decay such as pulse response was observed under weak excitation condition in case of two-photon excitation. By comparing with our previous results, the photocarrier dynamics in CH₃NH₃PbX₃ will be discussed.
