Quantum dot (QD) in photonic crystal nanocavities has attracted attention because of its potential application to quantum information technologies. Recently, we extend our study to QD in coupled nanocavities for its new physics. Here, we propose an efficient generation method of two-photon N00N state from coupled nanocavities which are tuned at the biexciton two-photon resonance. We will present the details of the principle of this method.
