We have designed and analyzed a directional coupler composed of a plasmonic waveguides having optical isolator function and low propagation loss by Fe / Au, and a Si index guiding waveguide. We have calculated the difference of the propagation loss ipon the propagation direction reversal and extinction ratio by the finite domain time difference (FDTD) method.
