Polarization state is one of the important property of lights and many polarization devices have been developed at even terahertz frequency range. In particular, new devices such as metamaterial and micro coils based on bio-template may own complex polarization property due to their structure scale and orientation. In order to invetigate polarization property well for such devices, Measurement of Mueller matrix is very effective. We have been developing Mueller-matrix polarimater based on Stokes parameter measurement.
