Quantum dots are fine particles of a compound having a particle diameter of several nm ~ several tens nm, the application of because of its high quantum efficiency display and lighting to like are expected. In this study, the fabrication of thin films by spin coating while varying the added amount of the CdSe / ZnS quantum dots, attempted to application to light emitting diodes. As a result, the emission at the time of the more low-voltage addition amount of the quantum dot is small, could be confirmed.
