[15p-P13-3] Influence of Si nanoparticles on the cell performances of inorganic-organic solar cells

〇(M2)yuuki sugano1, keisuke sato1, kenji hirakuri1 (1.Tokyo Denki Univ.)

Keywords:silicon solar cell, Si nanoparticles

Inorganic-organic solar cells based on silicon substrate and organic polymers are potentially cost-effective, efficient solar-energy-harvesting devices. In this work, the Si/PEDOT:PSS hybrid heterojunction solar cells were manufactured based on a conjugate polymer (PEDOT:PSS) directly spin coating on n-type crystalline silicon substrate with texture structures. Si nanoparticle layer was painted at Si/PEDOT:PSS interface.
