[15p-P14-66] Gamma radiation measurements and dose rate by using Superior radiation-resistant properties of InGaP solar cells

Solar cells are known as the things of which the current is generated by radiation. InGaP solar cell has a very high radiation resistance and is expected as long-term radiation dosimetry in a radiation environment of high dose rate. The cells are also used as a top subcell of three-junction solar cell mounted on the satellite. Therefore we will propose a new method of performing a simple radiation measurement in space environment using the InGaP cell and report a measurement of radiation dose in consideration of the degradation by irradiation with gamma-ray.
