高温高圧合成(HPHT)Ib(001)基板やその上にホモエピタキシャル成長したCVD(001)膜のレーザー切断面に対し、化学洗浄や水素プラズマ照射を行った後、それらの表面電気特性やカソードルミネッセンス(CL)スペクトルを測定した。
