[15p-P9-2] Single molecular conductance measurement for porphyrins with various central metals

Recently the single molecular conductance (SMC) measurement of porphyrin derivatives has been widely reported and such molecules are expected to work as single molecular wires. In our research, porphyrins with two thiol anchoring group at the end were synthesized and SMC of them was obtained by the STM break junction method. After insertion of various central metals, the SMC of metalloporphyrin was also obtained and we compared the conduction characteristics of them.
