本研究では，ZnO-Bi₂O₃-P₂O₅系とBaO-Nb₂O₅-P₂O₅系の高屈折率ガラスの粘弾性挙動を明らかにすることを目的として高温クリープ挙動を調べた。粘度の温度依存性では前者のガラスが後者のガラスに比べて温度に敏感であった。
