Conductive atomic force microscopy (C-AFM) is a powerful tool to measure the local charge transport of polymer thin films. In this study, we develop the method to characterize the local electron transport property of electron-accepting conjugated polymer films. By introducing an air-stable cathode electrode to C-AFM, we successfully characterized the nanoscopic electron transport properties of the films.
