We investigate geminate charge recombination (GCR) through the interfacial charge transfer (CT) state in conjugated polymer/fullerene blend films. The GCR rate depends on the CT enegy and it little depends on the temperature. From these results, we discuss the GCR mechanism at donor/acceptor interface in conjugate polymer films.
