[16a-B7-7] Electrochromic Behavior of Isolated Nanocolumnar Tin Oxide Thin Films in Near-ultraviolet Region

We investigated adsorption-induced electrochromic properties of tin-oxide films with isolated-nanocolumnar structures controlled by glancing-angle reactive sputtering. The transmittance change was improved with the surface-area expansion due to the isolated-nanocolumnar structures. However, we found that it was not proportional to the geometric surface area.
