We demonstrated the control of dark mode of the coupling in three-waveguide system based on adiabatic elimination (AE). The AE scheme enables the reduction of cross talk between densely packed waveguides and the switching of the coupling among three waveguides. We will present the control of the coupling among 3 silicon waveguides with a dark mode.
