Keywords:interface perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, electric field effect

Electric field effect on interface PMA was examined for Fe/MgO bilayers. A large effect of ~200 fJ/Vm was observed, and the overall behavior was similar to the previously reported results. An interesting feature is a local minimum around 100mV/nm, which is commonly observed even for different sample series. It is suggested that the local minimum is an intrinsic effect in the PMA.
