Addition of thin fluoride layer to CoFeB/Al₂O₃ stack increases perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) at the interface, saving the possibility of voltage control of magnetization direction. Optimal stack structure for maximazing PMA was found. Also ferromagnetic thickness dependence of anisotropy enegy was obtained and coefficient of interface anisotropy energy to applied electric field calculated.
