Keywords:TCO-less perovskite solar cell

Recent conventional perovskite solar cell(SC) structure that two electrodes are in opposite positon inserted by perovskite absorber should have a transparent conductor layer (TCL) such as ITO and FTO to transmit the visible light and collect the generated electrons. Unfortunately, to this conductor layer the loss of light is inevitable. So, we develop a novel back-contact perovskite solar cells TCO-less PVK solar cells . This solar cells composed of glass / porous titania / porous Ti / porous ZrO2 / Au develop the advantage of this novel TCO-less architecture over the sandwich structure employed in conventional SCs that illumination from the glass side avoids the occurrence of transmission losses caused by the TCO.
