Perovskite compounds are promising solar cell materials and they have diversity of structures. There are not only 3D perovskite structure but also 2D perovskite structure, which is made by the introduction of long chain alkylanime. Compared to 3D perovskite compounds, 2D perovskite compounds have better stability against moisture. In this study intercalation method was used to fabricate 2D and 3D mixed perovskite structure. Mixed perovskite structure was applicated to solar cells and assessed stability against moisture.
