Keywords:perovskite, gas blowing, defect

In this study, we achieved a power conversion efficiency of 12.5% with a 1 cm2 active area by using optimized gas blowing. All layers of the cell were fabricated at low temperatures (<140°C). Gas blowing minimizes defects at the interface of PEDOT:PSS/perovskite (MAPbI3) and creates a flat perovskite layer when a PEDOT:PSS layer is used as a scaffold.
