[16p-C42-3] Determination of Phase Modulated Region in Fringe Pattern of Interferogram

Internal distribution of plasma, gas and so on, depends on their refractive index. By obtaining phase modulation distribution, which is integral quantity of refractive index, from various angles, Three-dimensional measurement of electron density of plasma becomes possible. Three-dimensional measurement requires large amount of image to process, so we need automatic processing system. However, accurate and automatic processing remains to be developed. We devise the new method of determination of phase modulated region in fringe pattern of interferogram for accurate and automatic processing.
