[16p-P1-1] Proposal and Fabrication of Resonant-Tunneling-Diode Terahertz Oscillator Integrated with Dipole Array Antenna and Its Array Operation

We proposed and fabricated a novel resonant-tunneling-diode terahertz oscillators integrated with slot-fed dipole array antennas to obtain output power with multiple peaks, which is convenient for imaging without interference fringes due to coherence. A combined output power of ~135 uW was achieved at 0.92 THz with a ten-element array.
