[16p-P1-18] Analysis of sweat gland response in terahertz frequency region by attenuated total reflection spectroscopy and numerical simulation

Sweat gland works as an electromagnetic wave antenna at terahertz band.Length, diameter, and number of helix turns of the sweat gland, are deeply related to the resonance frequency and polarization.In this study, the function of sweat gland as an antenna was analyzed by numerical simulation based on the above parameters.Based on simulated results, we measured sweat gland by attenuated total reflection spectroscopy.
