Densities of reactive species in plasma activated water irradiated to He APPJ have been quantitatively measured using UV absorption spectroscopy. In-situ measurements were carried out for DI water in a quartz cuvette set on the sample holder of a spectrophotometer with irradiation to plasma. By comparison to reference spectra for chemical agents, total amount of H2O2, NO2-, NO3- production was evaluated with variation of distance from plasma. As the results, H2O2 was maximum when the plasma was attached on water surface and both NO2- and NO3- were maximum when the distance was about 10mm from the end of plasma jet.
