[19a-H113-5] Structure Analysis of ZnO(0001) Surface Relaxation by RHEED

In this study, structure analysis of ZnO(0001) surface relaxation has been carried out by using rocking curves of RHEED. It was found that the calculated rocking curves based on the relaxed surface structure which was deduced from the first principles calculations could reproduce the experimental ones relatively well.
