[19a-P2-11] Fabrication of Perovskite Crystal by Mist-CVD Method and Application to Solar Cell

In this study, we synthesize methylammonium lead halide and discuss different fabrication temperature. The film quality of the perovskite absorber layer is evaluated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and AFM. The scattering peak at 2θ = 14.10 was assigned to the (110) plane of CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite structure. We have succeeded in directly obtaining a perovskite crystal without performing an annealing treatment.
