[19a-P2-13] Effect of solvent vapor annealing on P3HT:PCBM bulk heterojunction solar cells fabricated by electrostatic spray deposition

We fabricated the active layers of OSCs by ESD with an advantage for large-area deposition. However, the active layer prepared with the ESD has droplet remains on the surface which results in low characteristics due to disturbed charge transport or large leakage current at the droplet boundaries. In this study, the surface of active layer is flattened by SVA process. Here, we report the influences of ESD and SVA process conditions on the OSCs characteristics.
