[19a-P2-15] Fabrication of n-Buffer Layers in Organic Devices by Friction-Transfer Method

We applied friction-transfer method to fabricate n-buffer layers for organic devices. PFN-P1, which is one of polyfluorenes, was used as n-buffer material. PFN-P1 layers were successfully prepared on ITO substrate by friction-transfer method. Organic photovoltaic devices and organic light emitting devices were fabricated with the n-buffer layers. We confirmed that the friction-transferred PFN-P1 layers acted as n-buffer in the devices.
