We report the ITO/Al-Ni-Cu-La anode electrodes could replace the conventional ITO/Ag/ITO structure for large size top-emission OLEDs displays. The surface of Al thin film is easily oxidized. The driving voltage of OLEDs with Al alloy anode electrodes is often higher than that for Ag alloy anode electrodes. The driving voltage of the OLEDs device with the Al-Ni-Cu-La thin films by applying anneal and alkaline cleaning process is as low as that for the Ag alloy thin film.
