[19a-P4-6] Fabrication of organic transistors by electrostatic spray deposition using TIPS pentacene/PMMA blend solution

We have reported that large TIPS pentacene crystalline domains were prepared by ESD and used as single-crystalline channels in OFETs with excellent characteristic. However, crystal connectivity was not sufficient since the crystalline domains ware formed randomly. Here, we try to achieve a lateral connection of the film and apply for OFETs using a TIPS pentacene/PMMA blend solution.
