As a next-generation solar cell, an organic-inorganic hybrid solar cell with Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) and silicon(Si) are studied. In this study, we used five kinds of compounds as additives for PEDOT:PSS solution and measured the structure of the PEDOT film and the current-voltage characteristics of the PEDOT:PSS/Si solar cell. As a result, PCE increased in all additives, and it became clear to bring a big structural change to PEDOT molecules by the additive which has high electric dipole moment.
