In this study, the effect of the combination of solvents in the solvent-bathing method on the photovoltaic properties were investigated in CH3NH3PbI3 perovskite solar cells (PSCs). Using DMSO as a good solvent for precursor solution, the short-circuit current (Jsc = 15.54 mA/cm2) and fill factor (F.F. = 0.75) were increased and the dispersion of the parameters was improved compare to the case using NMP. It should be attributed to the slower construction speed from the precursor state to the perovskite structure.
