[19a-S622-13] Theory of the Single Susceptibility equally associated with Non-radiative and Radiative Fields in Optics V

Itsuki Banno1 (1.Univ. of Yamanashi)

Keywords:non-radiative field,single susceptibility,nonlinear susceptibility

In a low symmetric system in near field optics with nanostructure, the permittivity and permeability are not available and the single susceptibility is essential. Furthermore, there exists non-radiative field(NRF) in near-field optical system but the physics of the NRF is not clear. This is because the NRF and the longitudinal field yielded by electric charge are not separated in ordinary treatment of many electron systems. In this presentation using model system, I demonstrate that the effect of external NRF is separated from that of internal electron interaction. In future, considering the shape of nanostructure, I like to construct phenomenological theory of the single susceptibility, which works as the replacement of the permittivity and permeability.
