Semiconductor detector detects radio wave by carrier which is proportion to absorbed energy. That is important, to capture all carrier without attenuation. Attenuation caused by crystal disorder.
It is shown that the improvement of radio detective performance by rectifying electrode.
We guess that the mechanism is trap-fill currents of space charge limited current.
We report the measurement results and consideration of mechanism.
