[19p-H111-12] Ion conductivity across Li3PO4/LiCoO2 interfaces fabricated using PLD

We fabricate all-solid-state thin film Li-ion batteries by stacking Li, Li3PO4 and LiCoO2 (LCO) thin films, and demonstrate a very low electrolyte/electrode interface Ri. Cyclic voltammetry curves show some sharp reaction peaks characteristic to LCO indicating a superior stability and repeatability in battery operation.The Nyquist plots shows a small semicircle emerged at a lower frequency region is attributed to charge transfer resistance at the electrolyte/electrode interface.
