Recently, we have proposed spin quantum cross (SQC) devices utilizing stray magnetic fields as a new type of spin-filter device. This SQC device consists of inorganic complexes sandwiched between two crossed edges of magnetic thin-film electrodes. In this study, we investigate the structural and magnetic properties of Ni78Fe22 thin films sandwiched between low-melting-point glasses used in the electrodes of SQC devices, and also calculate the stray field between the two edges of Ni78Fe22 thin-film electrodes in SQC devices using micromagnetic simulation.
