[19p-P10-8] Magnetic-induced resistance in multiferroic 0.7BaTiO3-0.3NiFe2O4 core-shell

Core-shell structure of 0.7BaTiO3-0.3NiFe2O4 was synthesis by chemical method and characterized by XRD for crystal structure, by SEM for surface architecture, by EDS for chemical composition. Temperature dependence of resistance show a dramatic increase with external magnetic field 280 mT around 170 K. This phenomenon is reversible without magnetic field. BaTiO3 and NiFe2O4 do not show this phenomenon. We conclude this phenomenon comes from the multiferroic effect.
