[19p-P12-10] Effect of sintering conditions on crystal growth of Ca₃Co₂O₆ film deposited

酸化物Ca₃Co₂O₆は1.3eV～1.4eVのバンドギャップを有するp形半導体であることが報告されている。我々は酸化物Ca₃Co₂O₆を光吸収層に用いた太陽電池の作製を目的と、塗布熱分解法(Metal Organic Deposition)によるCa₃Co₂O₆膜の結晶相などにおよぼす焼成条件の影響について調べたので報告する
