[19p-P13-14] Numerical analysis of surface states in Bi nanostructure

Recenly, surface states has attracted much attention and ARPES experimental results were also reporeted. The experimental reports suggested the difference between ARPES and convetional band model. However, the surface states in Bi nanowires has not been clarified experimentally. In this study, we compare band models in order to describe the surface states in Bi ultra-thin films, and discuss adequate band model to investigate Bi nanowires.
