When irradiating the plasma on the lesion at Drexel University, the healing of the lesion was observed. Further, since the NO concentration in the blood is increased by the plasma inhalation, vasodilation has been confirmed, ischemic heart disease, particularly expected as a palliative treatment of myocardial infarction. To perform the impact study of the plasma myocardial infarction it is necessary to production of a myocardial infarction model rats. In this paper, we do a study of a method for manufacturing a myocardial infarction model rat.
