It was known that low energy atmospheric pressure plasma (LEAPP) has effect that promoted the blood coagulation. However, detail mechanism of blood coagulation reaction using the LEAPP has not been understood. The parameters of LEAPP such as gas temperature, vibrational temperature, excitation temperature, and electron density is are measured by the optical emission spectroscopy to study the important elements in blood coagulation process.
