In組成比2～6％のInGaN混晶薄膜の温度依存CLマッピング測定を行い、試料中のキャリア輸送に対する系統的な評価を行った。温度上昇によって、ポテンシャルの空間的揺らぎを越えてキャリアの拡散が生じたと考えられる結果を得た。また、高In組成比の試料における相対強度の変化は、低In組成比の試料よりも高温でより顕著であった。
