We have developed the 1-MΩ quantm Hall array device. It consists of 88 Hall bars serially and parallely connected. We expect this device allow us to improve the high-resistance measurement, and to accurately transform the quantized qurrent to the voltage with relatively large and quantized transform coefficient.
